Title Full Stack Developer (Angular 16+)

We are looking for a senior full stack developer to join our team, now fully integrated into our corporate IT organization. This is a contract-to-hire role targeting conversion to full-time within 3–6 months. Our team builds and ships custom applications end-to-end, with embedded business analysts, QA, and developers working together as a dedicated solution team. We are in an exciting transition year integrating into our broader corporate platform and need someone who can hit the ground running, deliver on current commitments, and grow with us.
 

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain small-to-moderate applications end-to-end — from UI to API to database
• Implement frontend interfaces from mockups and design guidelines using Angular
• Develop and maintain Node.js APIs (OpenAPI v3)
• Write and optimize SQL Server queries ranging from basic to advanced
• Collaborate closely with embedded business analysts to translate business requirements into working software
• Provide technical mentorship and informal leadership to junior developers
• Leverage AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate development and navigate legacy codebases

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 5+ years of full stack development experience
• Angular 16 or higher (v19+ preferred; most apps are on v22/23)
• Node.js — competent mid-level performer or strong JavaScript developer who can ramp quickly
• API development experience — OpenAPI v3, UI + API-first design patterns
• SQL Server — comfortable with both basic and advanced queries
• Ability to work independently with limited day-to-day oversight
• Comfortable interpreting legacy code and working with BAs to fill documentation gaps
