You will work directly with experienced Product leaders and collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Data Analytics, and business stakeholders to help drive feature delivery, product improvements, and operational initiatives. This role offers strong mentorship and long-term growth potential into a fully independent Product Manager position.

This team values initiative, systems thinking, curiosity, and ownership mentality far more than deep technical expertise.

  • Analyze trends, metrics, dashboards, and product behavior to help diagnose problems
  • Assist with QA/UAT testing and production launch activities
  • Learn product strategy and gradually take ownership of initiatives and features
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations around process improvements and product enhancements

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Self-starter mentality with strong initiative and follow-through
  • Comfortable learning quickly in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to think critically about systems, workflows, and downstream impacts
  • Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting, or metrics interpretation
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship, project coordination, business analysis, operations, analytics, or early Product experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience working with dashboards, reporting tools, or data analysis
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini
