Motion Graphics Designer

Job Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Location: Dania Beach, FL

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Pay Rate: $43–$50/hour 

About the Role

We’re seeking a creative Motion Graphics Designer to join a fast-paced in-house marketing team supporting digital campaigns across paid media, email marketing, and social channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong graphic design foundation who enjoys bringing static creative to life through animation.

Whether you’re an experienced Motion Graphics Designer or a Graphic Designer looking to grow your animation skills, this position offers the opportunity to work on high-visibility marketing campaigns while continuing to develop your craft.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics for paid social, digital advertising, and email marketing campaigns.

• Animate existing graphic design assets for promotional campaigns.

• Edit short-form video content for social media and digital channels.

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketers to produce compelling creative.

• Support multiple marketing initiatives while managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Occasionally assist with graphic design and other creative projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or Multimedia Design.

• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.

• Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals, including typography, layout, composition, and color.

• Experience creating digital marketing or promotional content.

• Portfolio showcasing both graphic design and motion graphics work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for paid social or email marketing campaigns.

• Background in an agency, in-house creative team, or consumer-facing brand.

• Familiarity with Photoshop, Movable Ink, or 3D animation tools is a plus.

• Passion for motion design and a desire to continue developing animation skills.
