Overview
We’re seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a portfolio of enterprise technology initiatives focused on modernization and legacy-to-modern platform transitions. This is a highly visible contract role supporting large, multi-site operations across Florida and partnering closely with IT leadership to drive execution, reporting, vendor coordination, and project financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate multiple IT project workstreams, including large-scale infrastructure modernization and enterprise technology transitions.
  • Establish and maintain project reporting cadence, including status updates, scorecards, milestones, risks/issues, and action tracking.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure priorities, dependencies, and timelines are understood and managed.
  • Support project financial tracking and controls, including:
    • Monitoring spend and supporting budget reporting
    • Coordinating timesheet/timekeeping inputs and accuracy
    • Reviewing and validating vendor invoices against SOW/contract expectations
  • Manage vendor coordination and deliverable tracking to ensure commitments are met.
  • Support leadership communications and present project status to senior stakeholders as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in a large enterprise environment.
  • PMP certification (required).
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives such as infrastructure programs, ERP/CRM/application migrations, platform transitions, or other large digital/IT transformations.
  • Experience working in multi-site deployments and distributed stakeholder environments.
  • Strong proficiency with the Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, Outlook, Excel).
  • Advanced Excel skills (comfortable building and maintaining trackers, reporting templates/scorecards, and financial logs).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project details, drive accountability, and maintain consistent follow ups
  • Comfort presenting project updates to executive audiences.
