Senior Oracle EBS Technical Developer / Integration Support Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Technical Developer / Integration Support Consultant to support a mature, on-premise Oracle E-Business Suite environment. This individual will work across both application support and project-based integration development, helping maintain the stability of the existing environment while supporting new initiatives involving financial data integrations.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who is comfortable troubleshooting production issues, designing and developing Oracle EBS integrations, supporting customizations, and working closely with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support inbound and outbound integrations involving Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Provide ongoing application and production support for integrations, jobs, and custom functionality within the Oracle EBS environment.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, production incidents, and performance-related issues.
• Support project initiatives involving the movement of financial data between Oracle EBS and other enterprise systems.
• Develop, enhance, and support CEMLI objects throughout the development and implementation lifecycle.
• Support Oracle EBS Finance modules including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, and Procurement.
• Assist with Oracle Workflow, Oracle Forms, and reporting-related functionality.
• Partner with database and infrastructure teams during patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation efforts to validate application functionality.
• Identify opportunities to improve, automate, or streamline existing support processes.
• Participate in technical discussions and collaborate with business analysts, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
• Communicate technical issues, status updates, and potential root causes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide occasional after-hours support when critical production issues arise.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience supporting and developing within Oracle E-Business Suite R12 environments.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting inbound and outbound Oracle EBS integrations.
• Strong experience troubleshooting production application and integration issues.
• Experience with Oracle EBS Financial modules, including several of the following:
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • General Ledger
  • Fixed Assets
  • Purchasing
  • Procurement
• Working knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle.
• Experience developing and supporting CEMLI components.
• Experience with Oracle Workflow and Oracle Forms.
• Experience with Oracle reporting technologies, including Oracle BI or similar reporting tools.
• Experience with application and integration performance troubleshooting or tuning.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing production and project needs, and operate effectively in a support-focused environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft BI reporting technologies such as Power BI or SSRS.
• Strong SQL and/or PL/SQL experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume or business-critical financial integrations.
• Experience working in an environment where Oracle EBS integrates with multiple enterprise applications.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud or Oracle EBS modernization initiatives.
• Experience identifying automation opportunities within application support or operational processes.
