Job Scams

Employment Scams Using the Gravity IT Resources Name

Important Notice for Jobseekers

Gravity IT Resources has received reports of fraudulent recruiting activity involving the unauthorized use of our name and logo. These scams often involve fake job postings on sites like LinkedIn, Indeed or Glassdoor or outreach including but not limited to phone calls, texts and direct messages.

Scammers may use slightly altered company names, replica logos, or unofficial email addresses. In some cases, they provide false offer letters, conduct interviews through non authorized platforms or attempt to collect personal information beyond what is needed.

Please be advised:

All legitimate job opportunities with Gravity IT Resources are listed on our official website at
www.gravityitresources.com/job-search.

You may also be contacted directly by a verified Gravity recruiter using an email address ending in: @gravityitresources.com.

You may also be contacted via email or text by “Pat”, our AI Agent, to schedule and complete a prescreen.  However, you will only be contacted by Pat after applying for a Job on the www.gravityitresources.com/job-search web page or being invited to apply for a Job by a Gravity employee with a Gravity email address.

During our recruiting process, Gravity IT Resources will never:

  • Request your Social Security number, bank account information, or other sensitive data via email or before an official offer is made.
  • Ask for any form of payment (such as application fees, equipment costs, or visa sponsorship fees).
  • Conduct any interviews via email, chat, or forms like Google Docs or Word documents.
  • Extend a job offer without at least one live phone or video interview with a member of our team.

If you have any doubts about a job opportunity or communication claiming to be from Gravity IT Resources, please contact us directly at info@gravityitresources.com.
