  • Proven Results

    The Gravity team recently worked on a 3+ year SAP transformation program for an iconic bike manufacturer. This $135M SAP program plan required deep SAP warranty management domain expertise. This Niche role was critical for the timely delivery of the overall program scope. The incumbent implementation partner was unable to provision this resource, jeopardizing the timeline and ROI of the program. Leveraging our reach and approach to identify, vet and land even the scarcest niche skill, Gravity was able to identify and onboard one of only a dozen global certified SAP experts in the field, an Asia-based resource with the required skill. The program proceeded forward and was completed on-time and on budget.
