Conduct Assessment Workshops

Solution Package/Platform Evaluation

Map outcome from the assessment workshops against proposed solution framework to ensure it meets the program objectives and expectations; for example, in this capacity we focus on the analysis of (but not limited to): current & future tech stack/application landscape, application fitment and limitations, boundary systems integrations, current migration/conversion plan, system conversion plan, current release updates/strategy, SAP's RISE approach (if applicable), custom code analysis/complexity & migration process, deployment strategy, etc.
