Job Title: Infor M3 Customer Order Management Lead

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Customer Order Management Lead to oversee the design, configuration, and optimization of the Customer Order Management (COM) module within our Infor M3 ERP platform. In this leadership role, you will drive end-to-end order management processes, support implementation and enhancement initiatives, and partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the configuration, deployment, and support of the Infor M3 Customer Order Management (COM) module.

  • Collaborate with business process owners to understand current and future business needs related to order entry, pricing, fulfillment, and invoicing.

  • Design and optimize order management workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

  • Serve as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for COM processes, data flows, and integrations with adjacent modules (e.g., Inventory, Procurement, Distribution, Finance).

  • Develop functional specifications, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Manage issue resolution and continuous improvements, including root cause analysis and system enhancements.

  • Train and support end users on best practices, system usage, and process changes.

  • Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, WMS, Transportation Management).

  • Participate in project planning, status reporting, and change management activities.

  • Stay current with Infor M3 product updates, features, and best practices to recommend innovations.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor M3, specifically within the Customer Order Management (COM) module.

  • Proven experience leading or supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or major enhancements.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash processes (order entry, pricing, fulfillment, returns, invoicing).

  • Ability to translate business requirements into system functionality and technical solutions.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across levels.
