• AI Pre-Screening Agents: For select job openings, candidates may be invited to participate in a pre-screening process powered by artificial intelligence. These interactions are designed to streamline the interview process and are monitored by Gravity recruiters. 

All data collected through these tools is handled with the same care and protection outlined in this Privacy Policy. AI tools do not make final hiring decisions—those are made by human recruiters. 

Non-Personal Identification Information 

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. This includes browser name, device type, operating system, Internet service provider, and other similar technical details. 

SMS, Phone Calls, and Emails 

Gravity IT Resources and its partners may engage with candidates via phone calls, AI-assisted calls, text messages, and/or emails to share job opportunities or follow up on applications. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency may vary. 

• Reply STOP to cancel text messages. 

• Reply HELP for assistance. 

• Every email we send includes an Unsubscribe link for your convenience. 

• We do not share SMS or contact details with third parties for marketing purposes.
