Justin Ferreter – Fort Lauderdale, FL
Justin began his journey at Gravity as a Talent Agent, where he mastered the fundamentals of recruiting and the staffing industry. His strong performance and passion for client partnership have earned him a promotion to Account Manager, where he’ll be stepping into a more sales-focused role. 

 

Alexa Pautrat – Salt Lake City, UT
Alexa has been with Gravity for years and has built a reputation for consistently placing top-tier candidates in some of the most niche and competitive roles in the market. Her dedication to quality and her strong candidate relationships have led to her promotion to Senior Talent Agent. 

 

Sarah Wegiel – Tampa, FL
Sarah continues to elevate her impact on the Tampa team. Her growth, consistency, and commitment to excellence have earned her a promotion to Talent Agent III—a well-deserved step that reflects her hard work and upward momentum.
