Overview

Our client is seeking a Product Manager to support the development and delivery of a key neighborhood within a large-scale, land-based private destination resort.

This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development of experiences, spaces, and programming within a defined area of the destination. You will ensure all elements are delivered in alignment with the overall product vision, guest experience expectations, operational feasibility, and business objectives.

This is a highly cross-functional role partnering with Architecture & Design, Construction, Operations, PMO, Marketing, Digital, Finance, Safety, and Risk teams.

Responsibilities

Product Development & Strategy

  • Support development of the product roadmap for a specific neighborhood
  • Integrate consumer insights, operational considerations, construction feasibility, and brand priorities into product decisions
  • Ensure all experiences are desirable, operationally viable, and aligned with revenue goals

Product Execution & Delivery

  • Oversee delivery from concept through design, construction, commissioning, and opening
  • Ensure alignment between product vision and execution across all phases
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs and proactively address them

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Act as the central point of alignment across all stakeholders
  • Partner with A&D, Construction, Operations, PMO, and other teams to maintain momentum and clarity
  • Communicate progress, changes, and key decisions to leadership

Team Leadership & Decision Support

  • Provide guidance to supporting team members on priorities and execution
  • Enable efficient decision-making by clarifying what can be handled autonomously vs escalated
  • Support resolution of blockers and maintain delivery speed without sacrificing quality

Product Standards & Quality

  • Ensure all experiences align with established product standards and guest expectations
  • Incorporate safety, risk, and operational considerations into all product decisions

Planning & Delivery Management

  • Partner with PMO to track schedules, budgets, and milestones
  • Support prioritization decisions to maintain alignment with overall delivery timelines

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in product development, experience design, attractions development, or similar
  • Experience delivering physical environments, attractions, or guest experiences
  • Strong experience working with construction, architecture, and operations teams
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred

  • Experience in theme parks, hospitality, cruise, or large-scale destination development
  • Vendor or external partner management experience
  • Spanish language proficiency
