The Salesforce Professional Services division at Salesforce provides assurance, transformation, and implementation services for their customers. Assurance Services provide a team of Salesforce experts guide client’s team and partners through critical moments of implementation with technology, business oversight, and strategy expertise. Digital transformation consultants help innovate, design the customer’s vision, and delivery customer-first experience. The implementation delivery team provides hands-on consultants to help accelerate implementation and jump start value faster.

BUSINESS PROBLEM & OBJECTIVE

Salesforce Professional Services has experienced high demand for customer services when it comes to implementation, customization, and enhancement of their CRM investment. Given the increase in demand for their services, the supply of internal consultants has been stretched thin. Gravity assists Salesforce Professional Services with filling in the resource gaps based on skill set and expertise required for the project to run efficiently.

GRAVITY IT STAFFING

Gravity employed its Salesforce IT staffing services capability to provide Salesforce consultants to a multitude of project teams to execute the Salesforce Professional Services program.  Successful delivery of the Salesforce Professional Services program required the following SME resources.

  • (15)  Salesforce Solution Architect
  • (10)  Salesforce Business Analyst

Gravity used its “referral-driven” sourcing model and its recruiters aligned with Project Management/Business Analyst/Architect skill sets to identify multiple, local resources to staff the project.  Gravity then executed its 5-step vetting process to present the best consultants for the open positions.  The Architect, Developers, Business Analyst, UX Designer, and Solution Architect positions have been staffed and are executing on the project.

RESULTS

Under the direction of Salesforce Engagement Team and the client’s stakeholders, Gravity provided a total of 115 Salesforce consultants to support a variety of clients in a wide array of industries such as big tech, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, communications, media, travel & hospitality, public sector, and more. More than 40% of these consultants more placed on more than one customer engagement due to exceptional performance.
