Our client is a leading global provider of agricultural products and services with a strong presence in Asia, EMEA and the Americas.


Gravity IT Resources’ SAP team worked with the LATAM divisional IT/business leadership, SAP Walldorf HQ team and the client’s European HQ for six months to develop a business case and present ROI projections to the leadership team for an SAP-driven transformation initiative.  The following deliverables were provided to the client:

Our client’s LATAM division operated under 2 independent business units with inefficient processes and outdated technology, unable to support the anticipated business growth and planned market share increase for this important geographical region. The objective of the project was to determine the feasibility, business case, ROI and strategic plan for transforming all business processes to “best in class” while merging the supporting technology platforms into one regional division and migrating to the latest SAP ECC version.


Gravity employed its Strategic Assessment and Business Case capabilities within its ERP/SAP program leadership and advisory practice to help the client determine the scope, cost and ROI of the SAP initiative.  Core deliverables included strategic business case development, budget and resource planning, SAP solution roadmap and program playbook.


Gravity’s focus on objectivity, experience and results allowed our client to develop an achievable multi-year, solution and business transformation roadmap to meet client’s corporate objective while achieving 13% savings from the originally System Integrator proposed program cost. The outcome was a successful program execution delivered on-time and within budget.
