Our client is a leading global provider of agricultural products and services with a strong presence in Asia, EMEA and the Americas.


Gravity IT Resource’s SAP team worked with the LATAM divisional IT/business leadership, SAP Walldorf HQ team and the client’s European headquarters for six months to develop a gameplan for an SAP-driven regional digital transformation initiative.

Upon completion of the strategic assessment phase and business case approval, Gravity’s SAP Program Leadership and Advisory team served as the client’s independent subject matter expert for implementation, working closely with internal resources and the leading SI responsible for program outcomes.  Gravity SMEs developed the “program playbook”, formulated the deployment and solution roadmap and set up the regional PMO office in Brazil for this $320M budget program supported by 230+ onsite and offshore FTE’s.

Gravity’s experience and focus on objectivity helped to save client 13% of the SI proposed program cost and set the pathway for a successful on-time program delivery.


Client’s LATAM division was operating under 2 independent business units with inefficient processes and outdated technology, not able to support the anticipated business growth and market share increase for this important geographical region. The objective of the project was to develop an approach and plan to transform all business processes and supporting technology platforms into one regional division with best-in-class industry processes while migrating to the latest SAP ECC version.


Gravity employed its ERP/SAP Program Leadership and Advisory capabilities to assist client with program planning, program setup and program execution. Core deliverables included: strategic business case development, budget and resource planning, SAP solution roadmap, program playbook, program management office setup and program health assessment approach.


Gravity’s focus on objectivity, experience and results allowed our client to develop an achievable multi-year, solution and business transformation roadmap to meet the client’s corporate objective while achieving 13% savings from the original program budget proposed by the leading system integrator. The outcome was a successful program execution delivered on time and within budget.
