Ryan has been an incredible force at our Fort Lauderdale headquarters, and we’re proud to celebrate his journey, his growth, and the positive energy he brings to the team every day.
The MVP Award: A New Gravity Tradition
Earlier this year, we launched a bi-annual MVP Award to celebrate team members who truly embody the spirit of the Fort Lauderdale office. The award highlights individuals who consistently showcase Partnership, Positivity, and Performance.
As part of the tradition, each winner also has the privilege of helping select the next MVP — with the second recipient set to be announced at our 2025 Holiday Party. This month, we’re thrilled to recognize Ryan Glenn as our first honoree.
Why Ryan Glenn Stands Out 
Ryan Glenn is a Senior Account Manager who has been part of the Gravity family for over five years. He first connected with Gravity at the Florida State University Career Fair, and since then, his career path has taken him through multiple key roles: starting in recruiting, moving into delivery, and most recently excelling in sales.
When it came time to choose the first MVP for 2025, Mike Menedella, DBO of Fort Lauderdale, immediately knew it had to be Ryan Glenn. Known for his positivity, dedication, and strong relationships, Ryan has built a reputation as both a trusted teammate and true partner to our clients. His journey with Gravity reflects our culture of growth and collaboration — and we couldn’t be prouder to have him on the team and to celebrate him as our MVP.
