Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Position Overview:
Business Intelligence Analyst will be a part of a Business Intelligence/Analytics team driving results for the organization. The BI/Analytics team is part of a larger Data Science & Engineering team that includes Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Architects. As part of this team, you will build and generate reports, help migrate reports from Tableau and Google Sheets to PowerBI, and help ensure the overall PowerBI services/environment are efficient and healthy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assess existing Business Intelligence requirements, considering enhancements and the development of novel products.
- Leading innovation, streamline processes, and foster critical thinking in collaboration with stakeholders and leaders.
- Serve as the technical representative for stakeholders and leaders, facilitating the interpretation and development of insights, both new and existing.
- Proactively suggest data-driven solutions to effectively address upcoming business requirements.
- Leverage technical tools like SQL, R, Python, and Power BI to craft compelling narratives that contribute to favorable business results.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Three years of expertise crafting SQL queries and developing stored procedures.
- Three years of experience in data visualization platforms like MS Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
- Experience addressing intricate business requirements in roles such as a Business Analyst, or Project Manager for solutions to complex technical queries.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of AWS and/or Azure Cloud Technology.
- PowerBI Administration proficiency, including a comprehensive understanding of gateways and the integration of PowerBI within the broader Microsoft Ecosystem.
- Showcase familiarity with Dynamics365 or Dynamics F&O data.
