At Gravity IT Resources, we take pride in our team, and every unique team member. This month, we’re shining the spotlight on Sr. Talent Agent, Sarah Weigel and Delivery Lead, Gabby Barbini, who together with Market Manager, Emily Newsome, make up Team Tampa!
A little about the team…
Alongside Emily Newsome, Sarah Weigel joined team Tampa after graduating from Florida State University. Sarah dived straight in, becoming the second employee in Tampa. In less than 2 years, Sara has earned a promotion to Sr. Talent Agent and plays a vital role in Tampa’s success and growth.
Recently, Gabby Barbini moved from our headquarters located in Fort Lauderdale to Tampa, she is now the 3rd member of the Tampa team and uses her role as Delivery Lead, to support both Tampa and Fort Lauderdale.

Sarah told us, that it was clear from interview #1 that Gravity was the place for her, the interview process highlighted the importance they put on personal and professional growth, all while enjoying your time at work, which is why she started and stayed at Gravity IT.

When asked what they were most proud of in their professional career so far, Sarah, explained “I am most proud of coming into a new office and helping my manager build out this market here in Tampa”. Gabby also shared, “ I am most proud of how I have helped so many individuals find a job opportunity and that I have had the opportunity to grow and develop IT professionals, all while I have been growing and developing here at Gravity IT Resources”.
