Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Hybrid 3 days on-site) 

Employment Eligibility: Gravity cannot transfer nor sponsor a work visa for this position. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer directly (we are not open to contract or “corp to corp” agreements).

Our client is seeking a Senior Level Project Manager in Deerfield Beach, FL with excellent communication, vendor management, and technology implementation experience.
Required Skills/Experience:  

  • This role will support projects within the Corporate IT Group and must have recent experience in the several of the following areas:
    • Technology remediation projects
    • Implementation of vendor products
    • Implementation of business applications and integration with other systems
    • Information Security implementations
    • Strategic technology projects
    • Both Agile and Waterfall experience required
  • Executive presence and effective communication 
    • Must be able to clearly articulate project updates to stakeholders and members of the senior leadership team 
    • Must possess a strong presence and present with confidence and polish
    • Must be able to navigate levels from Vice Presidents to Team Members, and from the technical teams to the business units
  • Project and Financials Management
    • Excellent planning and coordination skills 
    • Ability to lead large and diverse project teams
    • Strong experience and skills in project financials management, including monthly forecasting, resource management, and accruals
    • Extensive experience running waterfall, agile and hybrid projects, aligning processes, deliverables and project metrics/dashboards/reports as needed
        • Vendor Management
  • Experience in vendor contract management including financials
  • Experience in implementing projects involving one or more vendors
  • Understanding of vendor SOWs (Statement of Work) and management of vendor engagement including deliverables

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects that involve multiple vendors, departments, and complex integrations
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Develop and manage full-scale project plans including external integrations and dependencies
  • Define, lead and coordinate project teams
  • Define project tasks and manage project resource allocation
  • Manage project budgets including monthly forecasting and accrual tracking
  • Identify project risks and issues and develop and execute mitigation plans
  • Manage project changes to achieve project goals
  • Monitor and report project status to all stakeholders
  • Escalation of concerns in a timely and appropriate manner 
  • Provide guidance and direction to external vendors, as applicable
  • Participate in project quality audits
  • Facilitate development of Requests for Information/ Proposals (RFI/RFP) for external services, as applicable
  • Demonstrate leadership and strong organizational, presentation and communication skills

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher or relevant work experience required
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience
  • Experience with vendor management and vendor package implementations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Experience with ServiceNow a plus
