Job Title: Director of Marketing

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing an innovative marketing strategy to align with the organization’s business objectives. This role is focused on developing and executing content strategies, creating integrated multi-channel campaigns, building awareness through social media, supporting sales enablement activities, and managing vendors.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of B2B marketing for SaaS solutions. This individual will demonstrate strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to drive results that align with our client’s growth trajectory.


  • Formulate and implement the company’s overarching marketing strategy in harmony with its business goals and translate these strategies into tasks. 
  • Set the market positioning and messaging for the company, ensuring and enhancing brand awareness perception within the company’s target markets.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies for the company’s products or services, effectively positioning them in the market. Drive product messaging and differentiation, and enable sales.
  • Coordinate and optimize marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth. Design and manage campaigns across online advertising, marketing automation, and other relevant channels.
  • Utilize expertise in various marketing channels, including online advertising, social media, and demand generation tools, to design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and challenges in the B2B market, including understanding customer trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Establish key performance indicators to assess marketing effectiveness. Regularly evaluate and report on the impact of marketing efforts on revenue and other pertinent business metrics.
  • Oversee all social media channels, creating a cohesive and engaging brand presence


  • Over 5 years of management-level experience in marketing within the healthcare B2B SaaS industry. 
  • Demonstrated experience in lead generation and funnel management processes that result in measurable pipeline and revenue
  • Proficiency in marketing technologies, including online advertising, marketing automation, CRM software, and tools associated with digital marketing and demand generation.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO strategies and relevant techniques.
  • Strong data-driven approach with experience in conducting BI reports, Web Analytics, and Google AdWords.
  • Proven ability to effectively translate strategic vision into tangible results.
  • Capacity to effortlessly transition between strategic planning and immediate implementation, highlighting adaptability to ever-changing market conditions.
  • Strong analytical mindset, bringing a data-driven approach to identifying, tracking, and improving KPIs. 
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
