Position Overview:
Gravity is looking for a Project Manager to implement and maintain Agile methodology within Engineering IT projects. The ideal candidate will posses a strong PM background, and should be familiar with Engineering. Experience with Agile as well as Waterfall are preferred for the job.
The successful candidate will possess at least 10 year of experience overseeing multiple simultaneous projects at an enterprise company. The candidate will also hold an active PMP certification and preferably have Engineering experience in their background.

Duties & Responsibilities:
· Act as the main point of contact for project-related communication with stakeholders and requestors
· Collaborate with IT Product Owner to maintain a portfolio of projects using the principles of demand management, agile WIP controls, and a visible project prioritization approach
· Collaborate with project team to define project goals, scope, and deliverables
· Monitor and report project progress, addressing any issues or risks proactively
· Work with requestors to convert new requests into project initiation A3
Required Experience & Skills:
· 10+ years of experience in an project management background, preferably in engineering
· 10+ years of experience working in an Agile environment with Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban
· 10+ years of experience facilitating projects on time and on budget
· 10+ in both agile and waterfall environments
·PMP/CSM certifications preferred
