Job Description:
Gravity is actively seeking a talented Senior ERP Enterprise Architect with strong Finance ERP background. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the enterprise architecture to support the ERP team.
This role involves leading the definition, implementation, and ongoing improvement of technology capabilities for the Finance, Procurement, Mortgage, and Title organizations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop a strategic technology roadmap aligned with business objectives, driving innovation, process optimization, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive innovation, optimize processes, and ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions.
- Coach and mentor team members and business stakeholders to foster architectural thinking.
- Establish and participate in a collaborative community of architects to guide transformation and resolve conflicts across technology dependencies and competing enterprise business outcomes.
- Define and execute the architecture strategy for Finance, Procurement, Mortgage, and Title, aligning it with business objectives and fostering innovation.
- Maintain alignment, integration, and coordination of architecture activities across different programs, projects, and products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable and efficient technology solutions that enhance operations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and identifying opportunities for rationalization.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure consistency with the enterprise architecture.
- Develop and communicate concise facts addressing business concerns and presenting implications of various alternatives.
- Set/change direction at the enterprise level by garnering support for ideas and evangelizing strategies.
- Build trust across teams through competence, reliability, sincerity, and care, while driving functional strategy and results.
- Lead assessment, design, implementation, and deployment of Oracle JDE E1.
- Partner with clients’ business stakeholders to execute all phases of the implementation lifecycle.
- Define vision and enterprise-wide standards for scope management.
- Lead efforts to find synergies and simplify business processes.
- Identify and catalyze change, implement actions and being accountable for results.
- Establish a vision for enhancing the current strategic direction to achieve greater results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle JDE E1.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role, designing and implementing technology solutions for back-office operations.
- In-depth understanding of back-office processes such as finance, e-fulfillment, procurement, and legal operations, as well as related technologies and platforms.
- Strong expertise in solution design and architecture principles, translating business requirements into scalable and efficient technology solutions.
- ERP experience in Finance (AR or AP but GL or Financial Planning and Analysis).
- Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., API management, ESB) and experience in implementing data integration solutions.
- Understanding of data management principles including governance, privacy, and analytics.
- Insight into information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, and EA and ITIL frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, effectively collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
