Job Title: Senior UI Consultant
Overview: We are seeking a Senior UI Consultant to join our team, responsible for driving longer-term UI improvements, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring the seamless integration of frontend and backend technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in JavaScript, Telerik, Highcharts, and Blazor, with a focus on frontend development. Additionally, experience in full-stack development is beneficial but not mandatory.

Overview: We are seeking a Senior UI Consultant to join our team, responsible for driving longer-term UI improvements, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring the seamless integration of frontend and backend technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in JavaScript, Telerik, Highcharts, and Blazor, with a focus on frontend development. Additionally, experience in full-stack development is beneficial but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Review existing UI implementations, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements for better efficiency and usability.
- Utilize JavaScript, Telerik, and Highcharts packages to develop and enhance frontend components, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Translate frontend UI designs and functionalities into backend implementations using C#.
- Assist in the implementation of UI enhancements and provide support to resolve any last-minute issues.
- Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Act as a consultant, recommending appropriate tools, technologies, and architectural approaches based on project needs and objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current processes and architectures, identifying opportunities for optimization or re-architecture as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Extensive experience in frontend development with proficiency in JavaScript, Telerik, and Highcharts.
- Familiarity with Blazor framework is a plus.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Experience in backend development with C# is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality UI solutions and driving continuous improvement.
- Previous experience in a consulting role is highly desirable.
Additional Information: This position requires the ability to work collaboratively with offshore rig workers, providing them with clear and concise UI solutions to facilitate quick decision-making processes. The candidate should be adaptable and capable of reviewing existing projects and recommending alternative paths if necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
