Business Intelligence Engineer

Reports to: Information Systems Manager

Drive Innovation. Unpack Potential. Win Together.
We believe business intelligence is more than dashboards and data — it’s how we unlock potential for our customers and our business. Built on a legacy of innovation, ownership, and collaboration, we’re looking for a BI Engineer who’s ready to deliver insights that drive real results across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, and wants to own impactful BI initiatives from end to end. Here, your work won’t get lost in red tape — you’ll have direct access to decision-makers and the freedom to make a measurable difference.
What You’ll Do:

  • Design, Build and Maintain Powerful BI Solutions
Architect, implement and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Lead BI Strategy
Help shape the organization’s BI roadmap — guiding tool selection, architecture, and best practices.

  • Be the Go-To Expert
Support and train users across the business to maximize their impact with Power BI and other tools. Serve as a translator between data and decision-makers.

  • Leverage the Cloud
Use Microsoft Azure to improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of BI solutions.

  • Collaborate Across the Business
Partner with operations, sales, finance, and leadership to turn real business needs into smart data solutions. Use strong listening and communication skills to develop a clear understanding of those needs and communicate complex BI concepts in an understandable way.

  • Keep It Secure & Reliable
Implement best practices for data governance, quality, and security across all BI platforms.

  • Stay Ahead
Continuously research and integrate new BI technologies and methodologies to keep the organization at the forefront of data-driven decision-making.

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years in BI or data analytics, with deep Power BI experience
  • 3–5 years of cloud experience; Microsoft Azure certification a plus
  • Excellent communication skills for effective customer interactions and stakeholder engagement
  • Programming/scripting skills (Python, Java, etc.) for customization and automation
  • Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data modeling
  • Experience with the Boomi platform is a plus
  • A problem-solver’s mindset with strong analytical skills
  • A continuous learner who stays updated on the latest BI trends
  • A bias for action, and a hunger to grow, innovate, and make a difference

Why Join Us:
We’re transforming our industry by using data-driven insights to help customers take control of their performance. Join a fast-moving team that owns its work, innovates fearlessly, and wins together. We value people as much as performance — your ideas are heard, and your impact is real.
Our Benefits:

  • Competitive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with 4% company match
  • Company-paid short- and long-term disability & life insurance
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Floating holiday
  • Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities

We are an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
