Job Title: Salesforce Health Cloud / Service Cloud Developer (with Architect Skills)
Location: [Fully Remote] – Nearshore 
Employment Type: [Full-Time / Contract]
Overview:
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Health Cloud and Service Cloud, along with strong architectural design capabilities. This role combines hands-on development with solution architecture to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Health Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce initiatives, providing architectural guidance and ensuring best practices in design and integration.
• Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST APIs.
• Design and optimize Salesforce data models, security models, sharing rules, and process automation.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, or integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft).
• Lead technical design sessions and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders and technical teams.
• Perform code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the evolution of internal development standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including object modeling, data integrity, and performance optimization.
• Demonstrated experience leading or heavily contributing to architectural design and implementation.
• Salesforce certifications preferred:
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
  • Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or SFDX CLI.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, and Field Audit Trail.
• Experience working in regulated or complex business environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
