Overview
We are seeking a skilled Power Apps Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong development skills in Power Apps and the ability to think critically about data flow for reporting purposes. This role requires a willingness to deliver fast and iterate based on customer requests. The Power Apps Developer must have a foundational business analyst skillset. Experience in industrial production or chemical production is a bonus.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power Apps applications.
• Analyze data in and data out for reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with customers to gather and understand business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into Power Apps solutions, ensuring downstream reporting needs are met.
• Deliver solutions quickly and iterate based on customer feedback.
• Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate patience when working with customers.
• Utilize business analyst skills to understand and document customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Required Experience and Skills

• Proven experience in Power Apps development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to listen to customers and translate their needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and patience in customer interactions.
• Experience with reporting tools and data visualization is a plus.
• Experience in industrial production or chemical production is a bonus.
• Experience with Power BI/Power Platform is a bonus.
• Must have both business analyst and Power Apps skills.
