Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to provide day-to-day administration and support of our NetSuite platform. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that the system evolves with business needs while remaining stable, secure, and valuable. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive operational efficiency, improve data quality, and support strategic initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
Financial

  • Data Quality: Maintain accurate, up-to-date data in NetSuite; identify opportunities for automation and error reduction.
  • Finance Team Alignment: Collaborate regularly with finance leaders to align tech priorities with business goals.

Stakeholder Management

  • Software Vendor Management: Develop and maintain effective relationships with NetSuite and System Integrator partners. Manage accountability for service and escalation needs.
  • Data Team Alignment: Partner with data teams to ensure high-quality, well-integrated data flows and alignment with data governance strategies.

Operations

  • Roadmap & Backlog: Maintain and publish a clear backlog and roadmap for NetSuite enhancements and upgrades.
  • Security: Partner with security leads and vendors to ensure best practices in cybersecurity.
  • Support: Address and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution and communication with all stakeholders.

People & Collaboration

  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Self-Development: Proactively improve personal skills through feedback, coaching, and training.

Required Experience

  • 5–7 years of hands-on NetSuite administration or functional consulting experience.
  • Proven success supporting ERP in mid-sized or scaling organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business units (Finance, Procurement, Operations).
  • Experience with structured change control and release management processes.
  • Familiarity with third-party integrations (Salesforce, Coupa, Boomi, etc.).

Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Deep knowledge of NetSuite modules: GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Fixed Assets, Bank Mgmt. & Reconciliation, OneWorld, etc.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite customization: workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, user roles.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and business processes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce functionality and ERP integration strategies.
  • Strong reporting, data accuracy, and governance best practices.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, etc.
