This individual will be responsible for leading UX strategy and execution across a portfolio of enterprise platforms, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define design standards, optimize user journeys, and elevate overall customer satisfaction.
This is a senior-level, hands-on contributor role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design innovation, product strategy, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UX strategy, design direction, and execution across multiple digital products and platforms.
  • Create high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that bring concepts to life.
  • Establish and scale design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences.
  • Facilitate design reviews and lead user research initiatives to inform decisions and uncover pain points.
  • Analyze user behavior and product performance metrics to continuously optimize design solutions.
  • Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design best practices across all digital touchpoints.

  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving internal design processes and toolkits.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 7–10 years of experience in UX/UI design across responsive web and mobile platforms.
  • Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and design systems.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills—able to speak the language of both design and business.
  • Experience working within Agile product development environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing for enterprise software or customer portals.
  • Background in e-commerce, SaaS, or other customer-facing digital product design.
  • Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
  • Exposure to accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design standards.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
