Job Title: Acute Project Manager (Epic Applications)
Location: Sarasota, FL (Remote with Travel to Sarasota)
Job Type: Contract Thru 12/31/2026

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Acute Project Manager (PM) to join our clinical applications team. Our acute clinical portfolio is expanding, and we are dividing responsibilities across two Project Managers. This new PM will oversee and manage several Epic applications, ensuring effective project execution, team growth, and strong stakeholder communication. Epic Applications Supported: Willow, Rehab, Long Term Care, Behavioral Health

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage implementation and optimization projects for assigned Epic applications.
• Oversee project planning, task management, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to ensure operational readiness and smooth execution.
• Mentor and support analyst team members, helping grow the team’s capabilities.
• Partner with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication, and change management best practices.
• Travel onsite (~25%), typically the second week of each month alongside Epic and other PMs.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience as an Implementation Analyst with hands-on Epic application work.
• Proven experience with at least one of the following Epic applications: Willow, Long Term Care, Behavioral Health, Rehab.
• Strong operational communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management and organizational readiness.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize based on clinical needs.
