Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and strategy for a portfolio of products. This is a high-impact position where your expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking will guide product direction, align cross-functional teams, and drive success from concept through launch and ongoing evolution.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Execution

  • Define and deliver product strategy for a key area of the business, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from early planning through launch, adoption, and eventual phase-out.

  • Partner with technical and operational teams to ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and impactful.

  • Act as the subject matter expert for your area, providing input on roadmap priorities and solution design.

Customer & Business Value

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market opportunities to guide product decisions.

  • Collaborate with commercial and business partners to set and measure success metrics such as adoption, satisfaction, and ROI.

  • Anticipate risks and opportunities, and shape strategies to address them proactively.

  • Lead research and validation efforts to refine product direction.

Domain Expertise & Product Craft

  • Build and share knowledge of your product area, serving as a mentor to colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Stay current with product management best practices and evolving tools or methodologies.

  • Promote a culture of product excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with internal teams across functions (e.g., sales, marketing, support) to ensure strong launches and ongoing success.

  • Clearly communicate vision, priorities, and progress to leadership, influencing decisions at multiple levels.

  • Support training and enablement efforts to drive adoption and long-term impact.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science).

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles.

  • Demonstrated success in leading initiatives from concept through launch and lifecycle management.

  • Strong knowledge of product management frameworks, agile methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience working cross-functionally in a complex or global organization.

  • Fluency in English (other languages a plus).

Desirable

  • Experience with complex systems or platforms.

  • Previous mentoring or leadership of other product managers.
