Job Title: Project Manager – Clinical / EHR /Process Improvement Focus
Location: Coconut Creek, FL (Monday–Thursday onsite, Fridays remote)
Type: Contract to Hire

This Project Manager will lead and coordinate clinical and EHR- and process improvement related initiatives from planning through execution. The role involves close collaboration with clinicians, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects involving clinical systems, EHR platforms, and related workflows, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs in partnership with stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical teams, business leaders, and clinical end users.
- Monitor project milestones and proactively address risks or roadblocks.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security standards (HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.).
- Support change management efforts to drive successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare, with direct experience managing clinical or EHR projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge gaps between technical and clinical teams.
- Proven success in dynamic, startup-like environments requiring adaptability and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with major EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Charm,etc.).
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Miro, Smartsheet, Asana).
- Ability to leverage Generative AI PM Tools to build out a state of the art PMO practice.
