Job Title: BizTalk Admin/Developer (Must be Onsite)

Hybrid (Charlotte, NC) | 6–12 Month Contract
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm EST
U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only

Employment Type: Contract (6 to 12 months)
 


About the Role:

We’re looking for a BizTalk Admin/Developer to join the IT team, supporting one of our most critical enterprise integration systems tied to the trading platform—a cornerstone in our trading and asset management technology stack.

This position plays a key role in ensuring system stability, performance, and strategic scalability following the departure of a previous team member.


? What You’ll Do:

Top Responsibilities:

  • C#/.NET Development (75%)
    Develop and maintain custom integrations that connect internal systems and support key business functions.

  • BizTalk Server Administration (25%)
    Monitor and maintain BizTalk Server environments, handle issue triage, and ensure system uptime.

  • Messaging & Data Flow (XML)
    Troubleshoot and optimize message processing, including batching and data transformation logic.


What You Bring:

Must-Have Technical Skills:

  • BizTalk Server: 3–5+ years of hands-on administration and troubleshooting experience (required)

  • C#/.NET Framework: 3+ years (preferred, flexible for strong BizTalk candidates)

  • XML Messaging & Integration Logic: 2+ years

Core Tools:

  1. BizTalk Server

  2. C# / .NET

  3. XML & Messaging Flows

Communication Skills:

Strong communication is essential. You’ll work independently, diagnose complex integration issues, and explain solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
