Job Title: Workday Adaptive Implementation Consultant
Location: Remote (Minimal travel may be required; travel expenses covered by client)
Type: Contract

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Workday Adaptive Implementation Consultant to support our client’s project implementation and post-production activities. This role will be focused on Adaptive Planning, assisting with configuration, data mapping, integration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document configuration, data mapping, and integration requirements for Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Assist with data conversion, validation, and ensuring data integrity during implementation.
• Support test preparation, execution, and resolution of break/fix issues.
• Contribute to deployment planning and transaction catch-up activities.
• Provide post-production support during hypercare, including break/fix troubleshooting.
• Support cutover activities to ensure smooth transitions from legacy systems to Workday Adaptive Planning.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Workday FINS/HCM implementations, including both implementation and support projects.
• Hands-on experience with full implementations of Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Eliciting and documenting configuration, data mapping, and integration requirements for Adaptive Planning.
  • Data conversion and validation processes.
  • Test preparation, execution, and break/fix troubleshooting.
  • Deployment planning and transaction catch-up for Adaptive Planning.
  • Hypercare post-production support and issue resolution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with occasional client travel as needed.
