Job Title: Workday Adaptive Implementation Consultant
Location: Remote (Minimal travel may be required; travel expenses covered by client)
Type: Contract
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Workday Adaptive Implementation Consultant to support our client’s project implementation and post-production activities. This role will be focused on Adaptive Planning, assisting with configuration, data mapping, integration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document configuration, data mapping, and integration requirements for Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Assist with data conversion, validation, and ensuring data integrity during implementation.
- Support test preparation, execution, and resolution of break/fix issues.
- Contribute to deployment planning and transaction catch-up activities.
- Provide post-production support during hypercare, including break/fix troubleshooting.
- Support cutover activities to ensure smooth transitions from legacy systems to Workday Adaptive Planning.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Workday FINS/HCM implementations, including both implementation and support projects.
- Hands-on experience with full implementations of Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Strong expertise in:
- Eliciting and documenting configuration, data mapping, and integration requirements for Adaptive Planning.
- Data conversion and validation processes.
- Test preparation, execution, and break/fix troubleshooting.
- Deployment planning and transaction catch-up for Adaptive Planning.
- Hypercare post-production support and issue resolution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with occasional client travel as needed.
