Job Title: Epic Orders/ClinDoc Analyst
Job Type: Contract Thru 12/31/26
Job Location: Remote (w/Travel to SW Florida 1x/month)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Epic analyst with dual certification in Epic Orders and Clinical Documentation (Clin Doc) to support configuration, optimization, and implementation efforts. This role will work closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure Epic build aligns with clinical workflows and organizational standards.
Required Certifications:
- Epic Orders Certification (required)
- Epic Clinical Documentation (Clin Doc) Certification (required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, build, and maintain Epic Orders and Order Sets, ensuring alignment with clinical best practices
- Provide Epic Clinical Documentation configuration and optimization support
- Participate in and support Epic Round Table discussions and initiatives
- Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Epic build
- Support Epic implementation activities, including design, build, testing, and go-live support
- Assist with troubleshooting, enhancements, and ongoing system optimization
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and best-practice standardization
Required Experience & Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Orders and Order Set configuration
- Proven Epic Clinical Documentation configuration experience
- Prior Epic implementation experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience participating in Epic Round Table sessions
- Healthcare clinical workflow knowledge
- Experience supporting optimization or post–go-live initiatives
