Job Title:  Scrum Master / Project Manager
Location: Remote (must live in Utah)
Job-Type:  Contract / Contract-to-Hire
Salary Range:  $100K – $120K

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead Agile delivery across multiple product teams while also supporting select traditional project initiatives.
This role will primarily focus on driving Scrum best practices and delivery execution for two established product teams (Pricing and Fraud), with the opportunity to support additional teams as the organization continues to scale its Agile model.
The ideal candidate brings strong Agile/Scrum leadership experience, combined with the ability to operate in a hybrid environment that includes both Agile and traditional project management approaches.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Agile Delivery Leadership

  • Lead and coach multiple product teams on Scrum and Agile best practices
  • Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Act as a servant leader, enabling teams to self-organize and deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Partner closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize backlogs
  • Drive continuous improvement across teams through retrospectives and process optimization

Multi-Team Coordination

  • Support and oversee multiple Agile teams simultaneously (currently Pricing and Fraud)
  • Ensure alignment across teams, dependencies, and shared deliverables
  • Identify and remove impediments impacting team performance

Project Management (Hybrid Support)

  • Manage smaller traditional or matrixed projects using waterfall or hybrid methodologies as needed
  • Track timelines, risks, and deliverables across both Agile and non-Agile initiatives
  • Provide clear status reporting and stakeholder communication

Metrics, Reporting & Transparency

  • Track and report on sprint metrics, velocity, and team performance
  • Provide visibility into progress, risks, and delivery timelines
  • Help teams and stakeholders make data-driven decisions

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple Agile teams
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving team performance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
  • Working knowledge of traditional project management (waterfall or hybrid models)

Nice to Have Experience:

  • Experience supporting product-focused teams (e.g., Pricing, Fraud, or similar domains)
  • Experience scaling Agile across multiple teams or business units
  • Exposure to Agile coaching or transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with metrics-driven delivery environments
