Title: Senior SAP Fieldglass Consultant – SOW & Timesheet Integration
Location: REMOTE (LATAM/Brazil)
Type: Contract

Overview
We are seeking a Senior SAP Fieldglass Consultant with strong expertise in the SOW and Timesheet/Fee modules, particularly focused on integrating external attendance systems into SAP Fieldglass.
This role will play a critical part in improving billing accuracy, compliance, and automation, enabling data-driven approval or rejection of supplier invoices based on predefined anomaly-detection thresholds.
The ideal candidate combines deep functional Fieldglass knowledge with integration and data-mapping experience, and can translate business controls into scalable system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of integrations between SAP Fieldglass (SOW Fees/Timesheets) and external attendance systems (e.g., Alert Enterprise or similar).
• Define and implement a robust worker unique ID mapping strategy to accurately link contractor records across Fieldglass and attendance platforms.
• Ensure date and time–level attendance data is captured, validated, and reflected in SOW fee submissions and timesheets.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define billing anomaly-detection logic, including thresholds, tolerances, and exception scenarios.
• Enable automated approval or rejection of invoices based on attendance-to-timesheet validation outcomes.
• Support configuration and optimization of Fieldglass SOW, Fee, and Timesheet workflows to accommodate enhanced validation and control requirements.
• Collaborate with SAP, integration teams, and third-party vendors to ensure stable, compliant, and scalable interfaces.
• Lead testing activities, including integration testing, negative scenarios, and exception handling.
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and guidance to internal teams to support long-term sustainability.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with SAP Fieldglass, with strong hands-on experience in:
  • SOW module
  • Fee and Timesheet processing
• Proven experience with system integrations, including:
  • Worker master data alignment
  • Transactional data (timesheets, fees, attendance)
• Strong understanding of contingent workforce management and services procurement processes.
• Experience translating business control requirements into system logic and automation.
• Ability to work independently, lead discussions, and influence technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly related to data validation and anomaly detection.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Fieldglass with:
  • Attendance or facility access systems (e.g., Alert Enterprise, Genetec, or similar)
  • SAP S/4HANA or ERP financial processes
• Familiarity with compliance, audit, and invoice control frameworks.
• Experience in global or multi-region Fieldglass deployments.
• Prior experience in environments with high-volume SOW and supplier invoicing.
