Job: Product Manager
Location: Miami, FL

Overview
Our client is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the development and delivery of waterpark attractions and experiences within a large-scale private destination resort.
This role is focused on ensuring that all products and experiences are delivered in alignment with the overall product vision, while balancing guest experience, operational feasibility, and construction realities.
Responsibilities
Product Development & Execution
- Support creation and execution of the product roadmap for waterpark attractions and experiences
- Oversee development from concept through construction, commissioning, and opening
- Ensure alignment with product strategy, safety standards, and guest experience expectations
Delivery Ownership
- Partner with Construction, A&D, and Operations to ensure execution aligns with design intent
- Identify and resolve gaps between product vision and on-site execution
- Act as a subject matter expert throughout all phases of development
Team Oversight & Decision Enablement
- Guide team responsible for day-to-day development activities
- Provide clarity on decision-making frameworks and escalation paths
- Support Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain alignment and progress
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner across departments including PMO, Finance, Marketing, Digital, Legal, Safety, and Risk
- Ensure alignment across all stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
Product Standards & Quality
- Maintain high standards for product quality, safety, and guest experience
- Ensure all experiences meet operational and brand expectations
Planning & Governance
- Work with PMO to track schedules, budgets, and delivery milestones
- Communicate risks, trade-offs, and progress updates to leadership
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in product development, attractions development, or experience design
- Experience delivering large-scale physical guest experiences
- Experience leading or guiding teams in complex environments
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working with construction, design, and operational stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred
- Experience in waterparks, theme parks, or similar environments
- Vendor management experience
- Spanish language proficiency
