Job Summary: As the AI/Copilot Literacy and Adoption Specialist, you will help lead the global AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot Literacy and Adoption program across the organization. This role is responsible for establishing and executing communications, training and delivery plans that increase awareness, capability and adoption month over month. You will establish and measure KPIs related to literacy, adoption, agent usage and continued Microsoft 365 Copilot license utilization, while partnering with business and technical stakeholders to identify value-driven opportunities and improve employee effectiveness. This role also supports the Enterprise AI Committee and related initiatives, grows the Ambassador network to deliver measurable organizational value, and operates as a 50/50 split between strategy and training delivery.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategy, Communications and Program Delivery:
    • Establish and execute communications, training and delivery plans for global AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot Literacy and Adoption program, with the goal of achieving measurable organization adoption improvements month over month.
    • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to align adoption priorities to enterprise objectives, business outcomes and workforce needs across office-based and industrial populations.
    • Balance strategic planning and program design with direct delivery of training and enablement activities, reflecting a 50/50 split between strategy and training delivery.
  • KPI Establishment and Adoption Measurement:
    • Establish, track and report KPIs related to AI literacy, Copilot adoption, agent usage, continued Microsoft 365 Copilot license utilization, skills improvement and overall program effectiveness.
    • Use adoption data, stakeholder feedback and business outcomes to identify improvement opportunities and adjust communications, training and support plans accordingly.
  • Training, Enablement and Skills Development:
    • Design and deliver practical learning experiences that improve AI and Copilot literacy and drive measurable adoption, including hack-a-thons, lunch-and-learns, hands-on workshops, short videos, digital bites and other bite-size content creation tools.
    • Promote responsible and effective use of AI and Copilot, including data privacy, security and aligned business use cases.
    • Draft self-service knowledge articles based on program learning and end-user feedback for inclusion in  ServiceNow Knowledgebase.
    • Assist in building reusable company and department-specific prompts to address identified business needs.
  • Ambassador Network and Community Growth:
    • Grow and activate the established Ambassador network to deliver tangible and measurable organizational value in support of overall AI and Copilot Literacy and Adoption goals.
    • Enable Ambassadors with communications, training content, toolkits and feedback loops that strengthen local engagement and scale adoption practices across the organization.
  • Enterprise AI Committee Support:
    • Provide program and operational support to Enterprise AI Committee members and initiatives, helping connect governance direction with literacy, adoption and change enablement activities.
  • Implementation and Continuous Improvement:
    • Assist with deployment and integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI capabilities across departments to address identified business use cases.
    • Work closely with IT and other technical teams to troubleshoot adoption barriers, resolve issues and improve the end-user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Organizational Development, Education, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, change enablement, training delivery, adoption, or implementation within an organization.
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot and other AI tools.
  • Experience establishing, tracking and communicating KPIs related to adoption, training effectiveness or program performance.
  • Strong communication, presentation and training skills, with the ability to engage audiences across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and continuous improvement skills.
  • Experienced in Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Visio, Power Point, Teams, Copilot).
  • Must complete Florida Phosphate Producers (FPP) Contractor Health & Safety Training within 90 days.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Jira Cloud and Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Certification in AI, change management, learning design, training, or related technologies is a plus.
  • Experience supporting ambassador, champion, or community-based adoption programs is a plus.
  • Experience supporting enterprise AI governance, committees, or cross-functional transformation initiatives is a plus.
