Administrator, People Experience
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator, People Experience to support executive operations, employee engagement initiatives, and foundational HR functions within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
This role combines executive administrative support with people-focused responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys organization, event coordination, relationship building, and growing within Human Resources. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, professional, and energized by creating a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support

Manage complex executive calendars and scheduling

Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics

Handle confidential communications and sensitive information with discretion

Process expense reports and assist with budget tracking

Support operational efficiency for leadership teams

Coordinate office operations, supplies, and workspace organization
Employee Experience & Culture

Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs

Support initiatives that promote team culture, collaboration, and morale

Assist with onboarding activities and employee lifecycle support
-
Help maintain a welcoming and positive office environment
Human Resources Support

Assist with candidate scheduling and recruitment coordination
-
Support applicant tracking and hiring workflows
-
Participate in HR-related projects and administrative initiatives
-
Help maintain organized employee records and documentation
Required Qualifications
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
2+ years of administrative experience supporting leadership teams or people-focused programs
-
1+ year of HR or recruiting coordination experience preferred
-
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
-
Experience managing calendars, meetings, and competing priorities
-
Excellent communication and organizational skills
-
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities

Experience supporting employee engagement or event planning initiatives

Experience coordinating multiple schedules and executive meetings

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
