Overview
We are seeking an IT Techno-Functional Specialist – o9 Supply Chain Planning to serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical delivery teams. This role will lead the solution design, configuration, implementation, governance, continuous improvement, and production support of enterprise planning capabilities built on the o9 Digital Brain Platform.
This position blends deep supply chain planning functional expertise with strong techno-functional architecture skills to translate business requirements into scalable solutions supporting Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, S&OE, Distribution Planning, and Replenishment Planning in a global, multi-region environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, configuration, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of o9 Demand Planning (DP) and Supply Planning (SP) solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable techno-functional designs.
  • Configure o9 planning capabilities including models, dimensions, measures, dashboards, workflows, action buttons, and analytics.
  • Establish and maintain solution standards and governance for performance, scalability, maintainability, and supportability.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and integration partners to ensure seamless connectivity with SAP ERP/S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
  • Lead and coordinate system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and deployment validation.
  • Develop and maintain technical and functional deliverables (e.g., solution designs, support procedures, process flows, and training materials).
  • Monitor platform health and performance, including batch execution and integrations; troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis for production incidents and enhancement requests.
  • Provide Level 3 application support and assist with Level 2 support activities as needed.
  • Manage intake and delivery of work through ServiceNow (incidents/requests/problems) and Jira (defects/enhancements/user stories).
  • Mentor junior team members and serve as a first reviewer for their deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of supply chain planning implementation and support experience.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with advanced planning solutions such as o9, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or similar platforms.
  • Strong functional knowledge across supply chain planning domains, including:
    • Demand Planning, Statistical Forecasting, Consensus Planning
    • Forecast realignment / prioritization processes
    • Supply Planning, Distribution Planning, Replenishment Planning
    • S&OP and S&OE
  • Demonstrated o9 techno-functional capability, including experience with:
    • IBPL, procedures, plugins, action buttons, debugging
    • Workspaces, dimensions, measures, and data management
  • Experience integrating planning applications with SAP ERP/S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Hands-on experience using Jira and ServiceNow.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.

  • o9 solution certifications
  • APICS/ASCM certifications (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) or IBF certification
  • Agile/Scrum certification
  • Experience supporting global implementations and multi-region business processes
