  • ERP experience (Oracle preferred), including experience supporting supply chain-related processes and manufacturing environments.
  • Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, including:
    • Requirements documentation
    • KDDs (Key Decision Documents)
    • Design documents
    • Process maps, data maps, and system/data flow documentation
  • Proven ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear technical specifications for development and shared services teams.

  • Intermediate knowledge of application development and design principles.
  • Intermediate to advanced data analysis skills, including ability to identify data relationships, perform transformation activities, and validate data integrity.
  • Experience collaborating with QA and development teams to review test cases, support system/integration testing, and facilitate UAT.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Oracle ERP module experience with Configurator and Order Management (areas of specific need).
  • CPQ experience.
  • Salesforce integration experience (or strong familiarity working in environments with Salesforce + ERP integration).
  • Experience introducing new technology features and functionality to user groups.
  • Experience improving business or system processes for efficiency and/or cost savings.
  • Experience developing and executing change management plans (communications, training, stakeholder readiness).
  • Accounting background or financial expertise.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience supporting ERP implementations/rollouts in complex, multi-site manufacturing environments.
  • Track record of producing high-quality technical/functional documentation used by cross-functional delivery teams.

Other Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model with onsite presence in Maryville, TN part of the week.
  • Ability to coordinate and interact with internal development teams, shared services, vendors, portfolio teams, and architecture teams to ensure requirements are understood and implementable.
  • Ability to elicit reporting requirements, understand needed data elements, and validate reporting outputs to ensure they meet operational needs.
  • Interview process includes three rounds: (1) screening with Devin Wilson and the supply chain lead, (2) interview with team members, (3) interview with leadership.

If you’re a highly organized systems analyst who can quickly understand what’s needed and drive requirements and documentation through to delivery, we encourage you to apply for consideration.
