Charlotte’s Managing Partner & Team
Led by Managing Partner Brett Connolly, our Charlotte office continues to grow and expand operations year after year. Each of Gravity’s offices is unique and although you will see similarities, we strive to choose locations that will benefit our employees and enable them to have successful careers.
Brett moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2003 and has had the unique opportunity of watching the area grow and develop over the past 20+ years. Although it has changed since he first moved, Brett says it the perfect place to raise a family. Being able to experience all four seasons and having the ability to head to the beach or to the mountains are just a few reasons why Brett picked Charlotte.
Alongside Brett, the Charlotte office is a team of 6 hard-working and driven individuals who love calling Charlotte home. This team combines their strengths in sales, delivery and recruiting to surpass client expectations and help deserving individuals grow their careers.
This amazing team is about to get even better this Fall. As they welcome two new Talent Agents, that will be joining the team upon their college graduations!

Team Charlotte shared some of their favorite memories they have from office celebrations. From attending Knight Games to Hiking Crowder Mountain to even going indoor skydiving when the whole team exceeded their goals. Brett explains the big wins are fun to celebrate, but in the staffing industry its important to acknowledge all the micro wins that happen every day!
